  Was hoping to eat at this Williams, but they were out of alot of menu options. They did not have any rice boxes left, so then I tired ordering a tuna sandwich. They were out of tuna. Then they said they were out of the bread they use to normally make the sandwiches. Then they said they were out of apple juice. At this point I wanted to leave but finally found an item on the menu they had. When my boyfriend finished drinking his coffee he noticed something floating around in the bottom, and it turned out to be the sugar packet wrapper..Not impressed with this Williams.

  Attended last night. Had two coffees, the French onion soup and my wife had the rice box with salmon. Extremely disappointed. The French onion soup was warm at best with a slice of unmelted cheese tossed on top. The rice box was cold and when they microwaved it the second time, the salmon was inedible.

  No clean China, slowish service and staff that complain how busy they are. For $8.50, you wouldn' think it would take over five minutes to get two hot chocolates. Tastey hot chocolate, though.

  For $30, it was ...never go again. The place is not the same since the fire or with the new ownership.

  Very busy but fast service considering. Fresh food. Vegetable sandwich was amazing with the goats cheese. Waffles not as good as they used to be. Fluffy but toppings we're more simple. Green tea latte was bland and too milky. Will be back.

  Great food, great staff, I like coming here to study but it’s 99% impossible because they only have one customer outlet..? It’s not that much trouble to put a few more in because I would much rather come here than go to timmies but I don’t exactly have a choice..
