  I got a rental following an accident - I specifically told them that I needed to be able to transport my cart - I was charged 100$ for cleaning fee in spite of the fact that there was no place to put cart except in back seat - this was explained to them prior to taking vehicle but they insisted on charging - this is not right at all - I have used car rental companies in the past and never received such shoddy treatment - DO NOT RECOMMEND DISCOUNT AT ALL

  Rented a panel van today. It was very new, clean and actually a joy to drive. The service was wonderful both at pick-up and drop-off. Highly recommended.

  Service was great! They showed up on time and with a clean vehicle. Michelle treated me with the utmost of respect, acted very professionally and me on my way in less than 15 minutes. If I ever require another short term rental, I will not hesitate to use Discount again.

  This place is a joke. I was supposed to have a Platinum Series car I showed up and all they had was a RAV4 that was dirty and had no gas. If then took them half an hour to clean the car before I could get going in all it took me an hour and 15 minutes to get out of the door and on my way
