  Staff is very friendly. Store is nice and big. Got a nice bed set and we are happy with it. Our boxspring didn't fit up the stairs and they switched it out for a 2 piece set right before closing. Mattress is very comfortable! Financing and layaway available also!

  If I could give this place not even a one star rating I would. Where to even begin. #1 their furniture quality is absolutely awful I didn't even have me $1000.00 sofa for half a year before it started getting wear and tear and the seats started to become pressed in. I also bought my entire bed set off them and it was cheap ply wood. The dressers started falling apart it because, is how cheaply made their products are. My furniture came over a month late and they didn't deliver my mattress with the bed set. They delivered the bed set first and I was newly wed and my husband and I had no where to sleep for the first two weeks of our marriage. Than they had the ordasity to try to make us pay a second delivery fee for something that was there fault. It hasn't even been a year later and I've had to get an entire new bed set and living room set. I wasted $3'000.00 on their awful products. Now, get this they sold me scotch guard. I had bought over a year ago for my FABRIC coaches it costed me over $100.00 I never had the opportunity to put it on then so today I get my new furniture in I opened the scotch guard box and realized the scotch guard was for a leather coach. A LEATHER COACH and I bought a fabric and they knew that so I literally wasted over $100.00 on a product I will never use. These guys are scammers. Save your money and go somewhere else.

  I have contacted surplus furniture on Lynden road in Brantford as the bed frame that we got there on January 22, 2018 has broke. Their reply to us was what do you want to happen here? You have to prove that it was a manufacturers default and not your own negligence...seriously!!!! Do not buy anything from this place...their customer is horrible and their warranties are worthless. The employees there were bad mouthing the previous employees to us saying they were illiterate and the girl they have on the floor talks down to while on the phone and in store. The furniture is made of cheap wood at best.

  Make sure you check everything you buy from this place at the store if you don't feel like wasting your time, someone else's time or your money paying for delivery.

  The first time my girlfriend purchased a living room set a table was broken so we had to return that. Today for some reason she decided to go back there again and purchase a 3 piece bedroom set, and what do you know? The whole set is wrong.
