  Got transferred to Brantford for an emergency c section and was anxious about being an hour from home. From the moment I got to my room I was treated with the utmost respect, care and gentleness a mom to be and new mom needs. The doctors, nurses and support staff were courteous, caring and most importantly some of the friendliest, upbeat, most kind and caring people you'll meet. Thanks for making Brantford hospital my home away from home for my baby and I during the most important, scary and exciting time in my life!

  I having nothing but 5 star ratings for this hospital. I went into emergency, and was taken in within 5 minutes. I had every test imaginable, and was admitted that evening. The staff was dedicated, kind, and knew exactly what I needed. On the floor that I was admitted , there the staff were professional, caring, and always around. Dr's on the floor were excellent.

  I'd like to thank ALL the staff at BGH Emergency for the extremely quick and kind attention you gave my grandson tonight. You had him thoroughly checked out and feeling better in no time, and praised Mom for not hesitating to bring him in. I can honestly say I'm very impressed with the improvements you've made with your emergency dept over the last few years.

  Go anywhere but BGH! No doctors!!!Worst hospital I have ever experienced in my Life. Be prepared to leave in a body bag.I gave 1 star because you have to give at least 1 star or it won't post. If I could I would give ER 0!!!!!

  Few patients I met there told me similar stories to conclude that this hospital is run as a convenience store not as a health care center.
